1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using flinktrade.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

flinktrade.com provides an automated cryptocurrency trading bot that executes trades on Kraken Futures on your behalf. The Service includes paper trading (simulated) and live trading modes. We do not provide financial advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade financial instruments in your jurisdiction. Cryptocurrency trading is not available in all countries.

4. Profit-Share Fee

• The Service is free. We charge 25% of your net monthly profits above your high watermark only.
• If you have a losing month, no fee is charged and the loss is carried forward.
• You are invoiced via Stripe on the 1st of each month for the prior month's profits.
• You have 14 days to pay. The bot pauses automatically if payment is not received and resumes when cleared.

5. Risk Disclosure

Trading cryptocurrency futures involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance of the algorithm is not indicative of future results. You may lose all of your invested capital. Only trade with money you can afford to lose entirely.

6. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys.
• You are responsible for all taxes and legal obligations arising from trading profits in your jurisdiction.
• You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. API Keys and Data

Your Kraken API keys are encrypted at rest using AES-256 (Fernet symmetric encryption). We store only encrypted ciphertext and never transmit your keys to any third party. You may delete your keys at any time from Settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, flinktrade.com and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
